Day 1 — Arrival in Kathmandu: A Dive into Culture

At 9 AM, after checking into your hotel in Thamel, a vibrant and cosmopolitan area, it’s time to explore. Day 2 — Exploring the Temples of Kathmandu

Day 5 — Discovering Ghandruk: Gurung Culture

With your backpack ready, commence your trek towards Ghandruk. The path is lined with flowering fields and fruit trees, while breathtaking views of the Himalayas stretch in the distance. Upon arrival in Ghandruk, you’ll be greeted by the warm hospitality of the Gurung community.

Explore the village and its traditional wooden homes. In the evening, join a local family for dinner, indulging in homemade dishes while learning about their traditions and local legends.

Day 6 — A Rest Day in Ghandruk

After days of hiking, today is a day to relax and soak in the peaceful atmosphere of Ghandruk. Take your free time to explore the surroundings, perhaps visiting a local temple or simply enjoying the view from your accommodation.

Day 7 — Trekking to Nayapul and Return to Pokhara

Day 9 — Return to Kathmandu and Thamel Market

Today you will return to Kathmandu. After check-out, the journey back will take approximately 6 hours, allowing you to soak up the final views of the Himalayas. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will have the afternoon free to explore the Thamel Market.

The vibrant shops are filled with local crafts and exotic goods. In the evening, a farewell dinner at a traditional restaurant is the perfect way to conclude your adventures in Nepal.
